Chapter 9: The Greedy

After finishing breakfast, Harrison used his pitifully small amount of essence to heal Harper's injuries.
Harper did not wake up immediately and remained unconscious.
When it got dark, seeing Harper's thin clothes, Harrison took off his own clothes and put them on Harper. He himself curled up in the corner of the stone wall, rubbing his hands, his face turning blue with cold.
