Chapter 123: New Village Chief

After Ian finished speaking, he suddenly coughed up a mouthful of blood and collapsed to the side. 

I was shocked and rushed to catch him. Everyone else panicked, too, looking worried about him. 

I quickly checked his pulse and realized Ian's outburst of anger and pain had messed up his energy and blood, making him cough up blood. 

It was a good thing he coughed up the blood. If he hadn't, all that pent-up anger could've hurt his heart, which would've been serious trouble...
